It’s in the Cards: An Interactive Art Exhibit in Atlanta

The basis of this creative, ongoing community art exhibit is thousands of recycled library catalog cards transformed by members of the Emory and Atlanta communities into works of art and poetry, displayed with the original old wooden card catalog. The goal of the exhibit is to grow from a few small individual works of creativity into a giant, aggregate, communal work. This Creation Stories Project is sponsored in part by a grant from the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation through the Emory College Center for Creativity & Art. Closed on holidays; hours vary; check http://bit.ly/emory-lib-hrs before you go.

At 1105 Town Brookhaven Apartments, we believe it’s important to integrate yourself into the community, which is why we suggest attending this event. Meeting new people, having unfamiliar experiences, and joining neighborhood activities is the key to an exceptional lifestyle!
